I've been to the Shrine 3 times and each time I feel the same amazed how beautiful it is. Nick was our tour guide. I can't say enough about him. He was so informative and sincere. He so enjoys his job and it is written all over his face. I can't say enough about the journey. This was my third time but definitely not my last. Every citizen should put this on your bucket list. You won't be disappointed!!

I have lived in Indiana for over 24 years and never new about this place!! It was an awesome experience and the statues and narration makes it so real. I would highly recommend this place! Admission is free but there are donation boxes throughout to help with the upkeep.

It was my first time visiting this place, and I have to say it’s a wonderful spot, especially during Holy Week. We went here on Good Friday for the Stations of the Cross, and the bishop himself was present to lead the prayer, which made the experience even more meaningful. They feature life-sized Stations of the Cross, spread out over a nice distance that makes for a reflective walk. There’s also a large gift shop filled with religious items—from crosses and rosaries to books, paintings, and more. Truly a great place to visit.

A spiritual experience that would appeal to everyone. The Stations of the Cross with life size figures are enhanced by Moses on the mountain and the Our Lady of Guadalupe features. You may walk or ride with a guide. The gift shop is staffed by numerous volunteers of all faiths.

Very peaceful place. The stations of the cross helps in reflecting and getting connected with your inner self. The gift store was so attracting as it has lots of souvenir. I bought unique gifts for my family. Would love visiting this place every month for spiritual awakening.

Great experience of the events that lead to the death of Jesus, including being nailed to the cross and rising again. You can push a button near the exhibit and hear the story. You could also see Mosses and the 10 commandments. AMAZING WORK has gone into each scene. Amazing gift shop. Check out the pictures... cost is free to enter, but they have donation boxes all over the place. Lots of walking. Bring tennis shoes. Not too busy during week day. Check out my pictures.

Everything was amazing. I visited with my three children and they took pictures. I love the visual arts to help bring this story home my children aged 6,7, and 15 we all in awe as we followed the prayer trail. I will visit again by myself my children kept interrupting my prayers. Also it’s free they only ask for donations via a small box so please look for the donation box and donate before you leave. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Word's don't really do this magnificent place justice; it's all about what you experience while you're there. I fell in love with this place about 6 years ago, it's peaceful, beautiful, serene, magical, and the presence of God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit is alive and well there. I thank God for whomever came up with thr idea to create this marvelous place, I thank God for the staff as well. No matter what you're going through, how you're feeling, when you start to walk on the Prayer Path it will leave you before you enter back into the gift shop! Thank you all for the wonderful experiences and may God continue to richly bless you and continue to build and create more Biblical scenes and tell the stories.

I work for Wintrust’s travel group Platinum Adventures & we brought a group of 26 people to the Shrine. To say it was a moving experience would be an understatement! The staff is amazing & so knowledgeable making the experience that more meaningful! The gift shop is second to none with such a large variety of items. I go on lots of trips & I can say I’m excited to plan another trip back soon!

This is a great place to visit. my husband and I have visited more than once. We are Protestant but this is the shrine of Jesus Christ. no matter what denomination you are if you know Jesus or love Jesus visit this place.

It allows you to go back into time and walk the road of Via Dolorosa with Jesus Christ..

When you reach the end and see him on the cross, the emotions is so strong is like being in the presence of the Lord.

The Ascension scene is very emotional and touching. If you love the Lord; you need to go see the shrine. Churches need to take field trips, Sunday Schools to the shrine.

You will not leave there feeling the same way that you did when you came.

I knelt with Jesus in The garden of Gethsemane. So very close to the real thing that you feel the spirit of God.

The same way when you feel the spirit as you read the word and get into the word.

I believe this place was ordained by the Lord
