Church Group and School Field Trips Welcome
Church groups, schools, youth ministry groups, seniors, and social groups will find The Shrine of Christ’s Passion to be a rewarding field trip experience. We suggest that you allow a minimum of 3 to 3 ½ hours to fully experience our beautifully landscaped one-half mile Prayer Trail and exquisite 12,000 sq. ft. Shrine Gift Shoppe.
Please contact us in advance if you would like a guided informational group tour and to obtain your reservation/confirmation form. We have volunteers that are trained and ready to tell our guests the history of the Shrine. These informational tours can be walking tours, or if there are individuals in your party who are unable to walk the paved Prayer Trail, we have a limited number of club cars driven by our knowledgeable tour guides available.

- We have a limited number of club cars available. Our knowledgeable tour guides will drive you on an informative tour of the grounds. To ensure that a Club Car with a tour guide is available you must call to make a reservation. - We also have a limited number of wheelchairs available. Please call to make a reservation to ensure that a wheelchair will be available. Contact us at reservations@shrineofchristspassion.org to make a reservation or call 855.277.SHRINE for additional information.
- Original music and listening stations at each scene help to enrich the experience for the visually impaired.
Tour organizers are invited to call 855.277.SHRINE (7474) for more information about our amenities and nearby tourist attractions as well as recommended hotels and restaurants. Our paved parking lot has ample space to accommodate tour buses. Call 219.365.6010 for more information or to schedule your group.
Our outdoor terrace is available for lunch – weather permitting. Please call for reservations. Box lunches can be ordered from nearby restaurants or bring your own sack lunches and enjoy the beautiful surroundings
